History becoming part of a movie?
I heard something interesting.

On "Police Academy 7: Mission to Moscow" it was filmed (not on purpose) during the Parliment revolt in Moscow in 1993.

There is a car chase scene that passes (about 10 blocks or so) from in front of Parliment and it pauses the screen long enouhg to show the fighting going on.

Also there was something on the dvd that said there was a scene in Gorky Park (this was not on the movie but in special fe3atures) that said that Michael Winslow (Jonesey) was aproached by secret police and asked to stay off the radios they were using because it was supposdely interfering (lapsing) with police radio and something he said might have pushed the crisis higher.

Anyone know any other movies that some how interfere or take part with true history?

Comic stores will have a crapload of them. You might want to try toys r us as our previous posters had stated, but if you live in SD. Comic-con’s the place to find all your action figures ( the first day. After that, you can forget it )

why did i throw up after cardio?
about 6am i had apple sauce wheat toast and 2 egg whites. about 7:40 or 8 am i started cardio did 30-40 minutes cut it short but still did a cool down. grabbed a banana took two bites and then everything came back up. did i eat too soon after the workout or was it a fluke heh??

First answer is right. When you are out of shape and try taking on more than you can chew, aka exerting yourself way more than you are used to, your body takes new standards. This is your bodies attempt to help you honestly. You’re running hard and exercising hard, so its going to vomit out waste in your body and other junk left over in your stomach that it simply doesnt need anymore. Take it down a notch, and gradually work up to where you want to be and the vomiting effect will be gone. That is, until you up your intensity again. lol

does this happen regularly and are you out of shape?

ive been known to throw up after excersizing but i have a very lazy lifestyle so its a big change for me… i was the only one who through up while running the mile(soccer tryouts freshman year) it sucked because it was after one lap, they didnt make me finish and luckily it was the freshman team so i couldnt not make it but man did i learn a lesson…. dont eat dunkin doughnuts breakfast sandwhiches before you run.
