I know snow days come and go. I work for a Day Care Center, I know that it’s hard for people to get to work after a snow day. About a week ago we had snow and 3 people(the same people that call out on a snow day) didn’t show up for work but everyone else manage to make it to work on time. So on Thursdays she hand out this memo saying that starting Tomorrow we follow the public school snow policy and she told my co-worker that we have to use any personal leave that we may have.

Now, are they been fair to us? Because the parents are paying the tuition every month even if the child it’s there or not. And they are the ones making the decision of closing the Center?

So basically, if school lets out due to snow, the parents are probably going to have to miss work even if they don’t have a kid in school, because the daycare is going to close?!? That sucks. Hopefully they have an unemployed or retired family member that can take care of them in these cases.

It’s just a case of a few people ruining it for everyone. It happens all of the time, unfortunately.

2 Questions, 1 about breasts and 2 about spotting. Both involving birth control. Help!?
I started birth control almost 2 months ago and i don’t know if its just a concidence but my boobs have definitely gotten a little bit bigger. If your breast size increases on birth control, is it just swelling? Do they decrease again if you stop taking it? Will they grow anymore because of birth control?

Secondly, I’m on a 21 day pack and when i finished my first pack i forgot to wait 7 days before starting the next and went straight to the next pack, so i don’t think i’ll be getting my period until this pack is up. But Monday, I started getting a brown discharge, and over the week it kept happening and got darker in color. It was pretty heavy yesterday and light this morning, but i don’t know if it’ll get heavier as the day goes on. My boyfriend is suppose to come over tomorrow night and this isn’t really convenient. Do you think it’ll stop before then? Is spotting this long normal?

have you taken your dog to yellowstone national park?
I want to go there this summer, but always travel with my dog, she’s my road trippin partner. I learned that in the US dogs are not allowed more than 100 feet from the car in National Parks. Well, that one any ways. Have you been there with your dog? What did you do? Can you still do lot’s of things? Are there ANY trails you can hike with the dog? I find this bizarre. I live in a national park, and I can bring my dog anywhere, as long as she’s on a leash and I pick up after her…dogs love hiking!!!
Any advice would be great. I heard there is a day kennel near the north entrance, is this feasible? It seems really far from the activities and campgrounds. Let me know if you’ve heard anything about it, or any suggestions!!

what can i use instead of hairspray?
i am severely allergic to hairspray but my friend is insisting that my hair be put up for her wedding. the problem is that i have shorter/medium hair and cannot just put it in a ponytail. what can i use to keep my hair up instead of hairspray?
when hairspray is used on me my scalp tightens and i get severe headaches that cause me to vomit. i have figured out that i can use hair products that do not touch the scalp but these do not hold as well. does anyone know of anything i can do/use?
