How do i deal with this? It's so hard….I can't take it ?
My best friend died 4 years ago,And i can never stop thinking about him..EVER.I live in the same town he used to live in 4 years ago,He died in a car accident..He died an hour from where i live,His cross is so beautiful,But when my mom drives me pass it,I cry and look out the window..It hurts so much,I remember he came in our house one time 4-5 years ago. {Can’t remember}..He came in the front door,And we kept looking at eachother. LOL. And he touched the door knob,{We still have the door,I’m sure it’s the same one,It was a long time ago…} Earlier this morning,{I haven’t slept because i’m thinking about him,And it hurts…SO BAD!!!} I held onto the doorknob,And i didn’t want to let go,I still want to go over to it and hold onto it. It’s like i’m holding his hand,Because i’m touching the same doorknob he did..But then i heard this angry,yelling voice in my head saying:"Let go!" "Let go of the doorknob!" This may sound stupid,But i don’t know if that was him yelling,But i doubt it…Not like he would sound. And so i finally let go…I doubt it was god too,He wouldn’t yell at me to let go. Even the first time the voice said it,He was yelling. Unless,He was whispering at first. I heard this male angry voice in my head,And i don’t know what it was. {LOL,I’m not crazy!} I have a rock from his grave,I have 27 pics of him on my ipod,I have his favorite song on my ipod,I go to his myspace sometimes..I want to die so bad,So i can be with him..I talk to him and write him letters,I hope he’s listening….His name was Zach. He died way too early,He was just 18 years old. He wanted a wife and family..And his dreams were all cut short. He said he wanted to die with people he loved…Every time i close my eyes,I see pictures of him,I see his cross,I see his grave,I want to go to his grave SO very bad,But i don’t have my liscense yet…My mother never takes me. I would ask my aunt but she never stays there,She’ll stay for at least 5 seconds…And then leave,And it’s snowing outside,{Well,Not anymore,BUT THERE’S STILL TONS OF SNOW ON THE YARD AND BARELY ANY ON THE STREETS!} How or should i ask my aunt if she can take me for awhile? I want to give her a hint that i don’t just want to drive there,I want to sit there for awhile. I never want to leave the cemetary..I want to sit out there by his grave. I’m crying and shaking and my fingers are freezing,I just want to be with him..I miss the hell out of him,I read his comments on myspace,Just wanting to wirte him one of my own,But his family has him added onto his myspace,And they don’t know me,So i’m afraid to write him a visible comment. exercising and dieting and not losing weight anymore!?
Basically i started working out in November because i gained a lot of weight and was 187 and as of now im 170 (i’m 5′5-5′6). I run every morning for 30 – 40 minutes 5-6 days a week and burn 320 -600 calories. But since mid January i have stayed the same weight. Im starting to lose motivation because i am not seeing the scale change. Sometimes it will go up half a pound of a pound. And i don’t understand why, because i think im doing everything right. I also do exercises at night such as lunges, push ups, sit ups, planks etc. I still need to lose about 20-25 pounds and i don’t know how im going to do it since the scale hasn’t dropped. However, i do see/ feel my side bones on my stomach and my thighs do look a bit more toned, but my biggest problem area is still my stomach.

you didn’t mention what you are doing to eat right. this may be where you need to make a change. Now your body had more tone and burns more cals at rest because you have been working out since Nov so your cal needs have changed. Primarily with more muscle tone you will need more protein. If you are running in the am just make sure you get the bulk of your carbs in the am and eat a yogurt before bed (calcium and protein burn best when sleeping). You may have more carb requirement because you are burning up your cals in exercise so just snack on carb rich snacks vs things like pasta dinner. also sometime your exercise routine needs a change. try biking instead of running every other day to switch it up and maybe one day a week try swimming for 40 mins instead of biking or running

First of all, wow! Congratulations on your weight loss! 17 pounds is really good!

Seems like your body has adapted to your training and the best way, and only, way to lose weight is to train even harder. It takes allot of motivations, I know, but seeing that you already done a really good job so far I’m sure you can do it.

The best way to ensure you that you are training hard enough is to keep track of your training and setting objectives. Let’s say you are taking the same roads every morning and doing it in about 30 minutes, you need to set yourself a goal like doing the same training but in 28 minutes. Keep a watch with you and run faster/harder when you feel like your are getting behind your objective.

I’m sure you can do it, don’t forget to eat well and to train well. Good luck!

A wolf can actually reach speeds of 45mph. A tiger can reach 35mph in short bursts, a fox about 30mph. As for a dog, it depends on the breed. Greyhounds can reach 40mph, but obviously a short-legged breed like a Dachshund couldn’t get anywhere near this fast. An eagle on land can only manage about 3mph, maximum. Obviously they’re much faster in flight.

Do women attendants belong in the mens room?
On a recent cruise boat trip, I used the mens changing / steam room next to the gym. I was surprised to see a women attendant standing there staring at the naked men coming from the shower / steam room. Many men were uncomfortable with this and asked her why she was there? She said "It was her job". They asked her if there was a male attendant in the women’s room and she replied, "Of course not!" She got a lot of comments about getting an eye full and how improper it was, but it did not change her stand. !!
